  1. ENROLMENT SCHEDULE

        July 24, 2022 – Start of Enrolment

  1. REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLMENT

Note: Documents with (**) are compulsory requirements to be submitted in digital form upon enrolment.

       Incoming First Year College

    • SHS Graduate – Grade 12 Card**
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character**
    • Certified true copy of Diploma **
    • 1×1 colored pictures with white background
    • 2×2 colored pictures with white background
    • Certified true copy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • Additional Requirements for Maritime Students: Ishihara Test result & Hepa- B Screening result, Laboratory Exam result (CBC, UA, Stool & X-ray) to be submitted upon enrolment
    • Additional Requirements for BSHM, BSTM students: Hepa-B screening result to be submitted upon enrolment

      Transferee (For College)

    • Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)**
    • Informative copy of Transcript of Records**
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character**
    • 1×1 colored pictures with white background
    • 2×2 colored pictures with white background
    • Certified true copy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • Additional Requirements for Maritime Students: Ishihara Test result & Hepa- B Screening result, Laboratory Exam result (CBC, UA, Stool & X-ray) to be submitted upon enrolment
    • Additional Requirements for BSHM, BSTM students: Hepa-B screening result to be submitted upon enrolment

       INCOMING SHS

    • JHS Completer – Grade 10 Card**
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character**
    • Certified true copy of Certificate of Completion**
    • 1×1 colored pictures with white background
    • 2×2 colored pictures with white background
    • Certified true copy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • ESC Certificate for ESC Grantee
    • Certificate for Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR)
    • Additional Requirements for Maritime Track: Ishihara Test result & Hepa- B Screening result, Laboratory Exam result (CBC, UA, Stool & X-ray) to be submitted upon enrolment
    • Additional Requirements for TVL-HE A & HE B students: Hepa-B screening result to be submitted upon enrolment

       TRANSFEREE (for SHS)

    • Report Card from previous school attended**
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character**
    • 1×1 colored pictures with white background
    • 2×2 colored pictures with white background
    • Certified true copy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • ESC Certificate for ESC Grantee
    • Certificate for Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR)
    • Additional Requirements for Maritime Track: Ishihara Test result & Hepa- B Screening result, Laboratory Exam result (CBC, UA, Stool & X-ray) to be submitted upon enrolment
    • Additional Requirements for TVL-HE A & HE B students: Hepa-B screening result to be submitted upon enrolment
  1. ONLINE ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

Step 1. APPLICATION

1.1 Access the link to start the online enrolment process.

1.2 Click the APPLY button and accomplish the form.

Step 2.  LABORATORY TEST

For BSMarE, BSMT, BSHM, BSTM Programs (COLLEGE) & for MARITIME TRACK, TVL HE-A & HE-B Strands (SBE) Only

2.1 Wait for a laboratory appointment email and/or SMS from the Clinic.

2.2. Proceed to Best Diagnostics located at 0029 Miguel Parras St. Poblacion 2, Tagbilaran City, Bohol (at the back of Metro Center Hotel) for required laboratory tests.

2.3 Wait for the laboratory results from the Clinic through email and/or SMS.

2.3.1 PASS, proceed to Step 3.

2.3.2 OTHERWISE. Follow the instructions in the email.

For OTHER PROGRAMS and TRACKS

Proceed to Step 3.  

Step 3.  SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Upload a digital copy of the requirements for admission in the link provided

3.1.1 For Transferees

3.1.1.1 File an Application for Transfer of Credits through this link https://bit.ly/cectransferofcredits

3.2 Wait for an SMS and/or email message from the Registrar’s office for further instructions.

Step 4.  PAYMENT OF FEES

4.1 Instructions for the processing of payments will be sent via email and/or SMS from the Registrar.

4.2 Click the link for your proof of payment https://bit.ly/cecproofofpayment

Step 5.  VERIFICATION OF OFFICIAL STUDENT ACCOUNT

5.1  We are interested to know the capability of the device you will be using for your online classes. Click the link https://tinyurl.com/96xnx8z6 for the device check.

5.2 We are interested to get some feedback and information from you. Click the link https://tinyurl.com/3eukee2j

5.3  When you finished for 5.2, wait for your login credentials which will be forwarded by the Registrar’s office to the email you provided upon application.

5.4 Login to http://cec.pinnacle.com.ph/cec/students/ using the credentials received in step 5.3.
