You may proceed to the enrollment center at Cristal Towers (Former Cristal e-College, Tagbilaran City Campus), Dr. Cecilio Putong Street, Tagbilaran City, on your chosen schedule. Please take note of the following HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR ON-SITE ENROLLMENT

  1. Enrollees who wish to avail the on-site enrollment are required to book an appointment online to control the number of clients per day.
  2. Everyone is required to observe the following health and safety protocols:
    • Maintain social distancing;
    • Proper wearing of face mask or face shield with face mask;
    • Must step on the foot bath provided to ensure sanitation;
    • Body temperature check using a non-contact thermal scanner upon entry. Person with body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius shall be denied entry and shall be placed in the isolation area;
    • All applicants and accompanying parents or guardians are required to fill-out and submit the client’s health information check and log necessary information in the logbook using their own pen;
    • Everyone must wash their hands at the handwashing station;
    • Yellow marks painted on the floor to ensure standard distancing guide to the enrollees must be observed;
    • Walk-in applicants for enrolment are highly discouraged and may not be entertained.
    • Enrollees who made appointment online will be given priority but must stay in the designated waiting area.
  3. Signages and safety tips are always displayed to remind everyone to observe the health and safety protocol.
  4. Designated security guards must always monitor to strictly enforce this health and safety protocol inside the vicinity;
  5. Area disinfection is carried out before every start of the morning and afternoon transactions. Continuous sanitation and disinfection will be done as scheduled.
